will run out of items as the evening progresses. Thanks for understanding.
Some entrees change daily or weekly - only five to six
entrees are served. Please call the day you are coming, after 3 pm, if you desire to know what is being served for dinner.

Center cut pork chops with a tropical Cuban rice, served with a cranberry wine sauce






















Beef Loinroast w/Blue Herb Butter, Mushroom Gray or Pan Gray  w/green beans, toss salad
Beef roast rubbed with our blend of spices and seasonings slow cooked with garlic, onions, green peppers, fresh herbs, smoke, beer,
worcestershire until tender, sliced and served with blue cheese





















BBG Pork Ribs w/Bourbon Sauce (served w/collards greens, mac & cheese, corn bread)

Shrimp and Adouille sausages smothered with Creole sauce - a sweet and spicy zing with onions, peppers, celery, fresh herbs, mango
and crushed pineapples, tomatoes, wine, over rice

Creole Fried Tilapia w/ Pineapple Salsa
Boneless, skinless tilapia fillets seasoned with our blend of spices and breaded,
pan fried, served with pineapple salsa.
Beef Brisket w/Blue Cheese Butter, Au Jus
Beef brisket seasoned and rubbed with pure blend of spices, minced garlic, beer, smoke Worcestershire, thyme, slow cooked, sliced,
served with butter and Au jus.
Beef Burgundy
Tender pieces of beef seasoned with our blend of herbs and spices, sauteed, baked in a burgundy wine sauce with fresh herbs, garlic,
onions, carrots, mushrooms, served with noodles.
Caribbean Chicken Breasts
Boneless chicken breasts seasoned with our blend of herbs and spices, marinated in our Caribbean sauce with ginger, orange juice,
lemon, lime, garlic, dark spices, baked, sweet and tangy.
Jamaican Jerk Chicken w/Sweet & Spicy Jerk Sauce
Bone-in chicken pieces marinated in our jerk sauce with lemon and lime juice, orange juice, jerk spices, habanera pepper sauce,
brown sugar, vinegar, garlic, fresh herbs, broil (caramelized).
Pork Chops w/ Tasso Milk Gravy
Thick pork chops seasoned with a blend of herbs and spices, breaded, pan sauteed, baked, served with a milk gravy with onions, fresh
herbs, milk, and Cajun sausages (Tasso).  
Pork Tenderloin w/Cuban Sauce
Tender pieces of pork seasoned with our island spices, pan sauteed, and baked in a seasoned sauce of tropical fruit, black beans,
ginger, garlic, orange and cranberry wine, over rice.
BBQ Meatloaf w/Monterey Jack Cheese
Our famous meatloaf made w/fresh ground beef sirloin, round chuck, pork, onions, peppers, fresh herbs, pineapples, brown sugar,
BBQ sauce, crumbs, seasonings w/cheese in middle.
Pan Roasted Chicken Breast w/Collard Green & Cabbage Egg Rolls & Tasso Gravy over Mashed Potatoes
Boneless chicken breast marinated in buttermilk, lemon juice and fresh thyme, seasoned and sauteed, finished in oven, served with our
home made egg rolls with cabbage, onions, collard greens and bacon, over mashed potatoes with tasso gravy.
Duck Sausage, Chicken & Andouille Sausage Jambalaya
Duck sausages, chicken and Andouille sausage, in a Creole based tomato stew with onions, celery, peppers, garlic, fresh herbs, wine,
spices and seasonings, over rice.
Eggplant Parmesan
Sliced, seasoned and breaded eggplant layered in red wine sauce with fresh herbs and smoked provolone and Parmesan cheese.
Eggplant Mozzarella
Fresh sliced seasoned and breaded, baked, layered between mozzarella cheese and fresh herb
tomato sauce with onions, peppers, garlic, wine.
Corn & Crab Shrimp Chowder
Maine crab meat with chopped shrimp, bacon and red onions, fresh herbs, grated carrots, sweet peppers, lemon zest and juice, cream
and milk, and fresh corn kernels.
